Description

The famous Hori Hori - arguably the ultimate gardening tool. Perfect for digging, planting, weeding, dividing perennials, cutting roots, and a hundred other jobs around the garden.

This stainless steel version features a razor-sharp knife-grade blade with a serrated edge for cutting through roots and tougher growth, paired with a chunky beechwood handle that feels reassuringly solid in the hand.

Compared with the standard carbon steel Hori Hori, this stainless steel version is easier to maintain and won't rust if left damp. The trade-off is that it won't hold its edge quite as long and isn't quite as tough as carbon steel.

Like all Hori Horis, it's wonderfully versatile, but it's not indestructible. Avoid levering hard against compacted ground or rocks as this may bend the blade.
