A specialist carving knife designed for hollowing, shaping, and detailed green woodworking projects.
Made in Sweden, this beautifully crafted knife features a tightly curved blade with a left-ground edge that is designed to be pulled across the workpiece, making it ideal for spoon carving, bowl carving, kuksa making, whittling, and other forms of woodcarving where controlled hollowing cuts are required.
The barrel-shaped handle is made from sustainably sourced Scandinavian birch, treated with linseed oil for a comfortable and secure grip. The full rat-tail tang runs through the entire handle, providing excellent strength and stability during carving.
The blade is crafted from recycled Swedish stainless steel, offering a fine balance of sharpness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance.
Supplied with a vegetable-tanned Swedish leather sheath to protect both the blade and the user when not in use.
