Christmas Opening Times

Sat 21st December: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Sun 22nd December: 10.30am - 4.30pm
Mon 23rd December: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Christmas Eve: 9.30am to 3pm

As ever we will be closed from Christmas Day up until the New Year. I'm really sorry if you'd like to visit us at that time but the run to Christmas takes its toll and I've always given the option to staff to take that time off to spend with family and friends.

Open again on Saturday 4th January!

Christmas Deliveries

Imagine choosing the perfect present but not receiving it in time? We can’t bear the thought of anyone moping in their shed on Christmas Day, so please pay attention to the following last orders times and dates:

Due to the way the weekend lands this year Royal Mail's recommended last posting dates for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 Christmas delivery are actually the same, though obviously the 24 service gives you a bit more breathing room! Most orders received by 2pm go out the same day.

19/12: For smaller parcels we have just added the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to be collected 3pm Monday 23rd December for delivery on Christmas Eve. Orders to us by 9am on Monday can choose this service. Special Delivery service offers refund of postage fee in the extremely unlikely event the parcel is not received on time. Someone will need to be in to sign for the item.

Please bear in mind, these are the times and dates we have been supplied by Royal Mail, but once the parcel leaves HEIMA it’s in the hands of the parcel gods. It goes without saying, but if possible please don’t leave it to the last minute … just in case.

The Tracked 48 service has a delivery aim of 2-3 days and the Tracked 24 service aim of 1-2 days. Around 97% of parcels meet these times but occasionally a parcel may be delayed.

We do have an option for £9.99 DX/UPS courier delivery for all but the Age Verified deliveries, but these are collected from us Next Day unlike Royal Mail services which are collected from us Same Day.

Deliveries after Christmas

We will be packing orders right up to Christmas Eve, though obviously by that time they'll be delivered between Christmas and New Year.

For deliveries after Christmas we have a collection on Christmas Eve, Monday 30th and Friday 3rd January before normal service resumes w/c 6th January
