A traditional pastry brush made from untreated beechwood and natural horsehair.
Perfect for glazing pastries, brushing milk or egg wash onto bakes, greasing tins, and applying melted butter to pastry, bread, and cakes. The soft natural bristles hold liquids well and spread them evenly across the surface.
Unlike synthetic brushes, the natural horsehair bristles won't soften or deform when used with warm butter and other baking ingredients.
