Christmas Deliveries

Orders made from now (23rd) will not reach you for Christmas Day.

The York shop will be closed between Christmas and the New Year but we will still be taking and packing web orders.

For deliveries after Christmas:
We have Royal Mail collections only on
Monday 29th December
Tuesday 30th December
before normal service including DPD/DHL collections resume on the week commencing 5th January.

Please bear in mind, these are the times and dates we have been supplied by the couriers, but once the parcel leaves HEIMA it’s in the hands of the parcel gods

It goes without saying, but if possible please don’t leave it to the last minute… just in case.

The Tracked 48 service has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days and the Tracked 24 service aim of Next Working Day. Around 97% of parcels meet these times but occasionally, and especially at peak times, a parcel may be delayed.

DPD/DHL services have a delivery aim of next working day but this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday
DPD/DHL delivers Monday to Friday.

Parcels are collected from us Monday to Friday.

Christmas Opening Times

Christmas Eve: 9.30am to 3.30pm

As ever we will be closed from Christmas Day up until the New Year. I'm really sorry if you'd like to visit us at that time but the run to Christmas takes its toll and I've always given the option to staff to take that time off to spend with family and friends.

Open again on Saturday 3rd January!
