If you enjoy cooking, a really good carbon steel frying pan is one of those purchases you'll wonder how you managed without.
The eNZO frying pan is handmade in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan from domestically forged carbon steel that's been through an eight-hour nitriding process. This hardens the surface and dramatically improves corrosion resistance, making it easier to care for than traditional carbon steel while retaining all the cooking performance that chefs love.
Carbon steel heats quickly, responds instantly to changes in temperature, and develops a naturally non-stick seasoning over time. Unlike coated non-stick pans, there's no synthetic coating to wear away or eventually need replacing. With a little care, it's the sort of pan you'll happily use for decades rather than years.
The elegant beechwood handle stays comfortable in the hand and is wrapped in stainless steel where it meets the pan, creating a beautifully balanced piece of cookware that's built to last for decades.
Like all quality carbon steel cookware, the pan requires seasoning before first use and should be hand washed and cared for properly. Treat it well and it'll reward you with years of outstanding cooking.
