Cold butter has a habit of tearing toast to pieces. This clever little knife solves the problem.
Rather than trying to spread a solid lump of butter, the diagonal holes in the blade shave hard butter into fine strands that soften almost instantly and spread beautifully. Once you've tried it, you'll wonder why all butter knives aren't made this way.
The serrated edge is handy too, whether you're trimming toast, scraping away the occasional burnt bit, or tackling other small kitchen tasks.
Unlike many similar utensils, the handle and blade are formed from a single piece of stainless steel rather than being welded together, making it exceptionally strong and durable.
