Made from unbleached totally chlorine-free (TCF) greaseproof paper, this baking parchment performs just like conventional parchment paper but without the chlorine-based processing. That means no chlorine compounds being released into rivers and waterways.
Use it for baking, roasting, reheating, and wrapping food. It's naturally non-stick, helping food release easily while keeping baking trays and tins cleaner.
Available as either a continuous 20 metre roll or a box of convenient pre-cut sheets. The sheets are especially handy when you just need a piece of parchment without wrestling with a roll and a pair of scissors.
Handy tip: Reheat leftover pizza in the oven on baking parchment. The cheese won't stick and clean-up is minimal.
