Olive Wood Butter Knife

A butter knife made from olive wood. Definitely not a knife made from butter for spreading olive wood - that would be considerably less useful.

Simple, lightweight, and comfortable to hold, it's ideal for butter, soft cheeses, pâté, jams, and other spreadable essentials. Unlike metal knives, it's gentle on non-stick surfaces and pleasingly warm to the touch.

Olive wood has been prized for centuries for its beautiful grain and exceptional durability. Sourced from Mediterranean groves, the wood is harvested only when productive trees reach the end of their life or as part of routine pruning. Every knife is unique, with its own distinctive pattern and colouring.

With use and occasional oiling, the wood will gradually deepen in colour and develop a rich natural patina.
