After a long walk, wrestling muddy wellies off at the back door isn't nearly as much fun as the walk itself.
This sturdy steel boot jack makes the job delightfully easy. Simply place the heel of one boot into the opening, stand on the jack with your other foot, and pull. Even the most stubborn wellies don't stand much of a chance.
Crafted from lacquered steel, the industrial design features cross wires that grip the underside of the boot and two rounded supports at the opposite end. The metallic grey finish always reminds me of a stylised stag beetle. I've never actually seen a stag beetle in the UK, but I'd very much like to.
Expertly handmade, each boot jack will display visible welding marks which form part of its character and charm.
Perfect beside the back door, in the boot room, or kept in the car for muddy walks and countryside adventures.
