These natural sharpening stones are ideal for maintaining the edge on pocket knives, kitchen knives, carving tools, and other blades. Available in two sizes, they make it easy to touch up an edge at home, in the workshop, or out in the field.
The small stone is made in Lombardy, Italy from natural quartz and carbonate minerals. Compact enough to slip into a pocket or backpack, it's an excellent companion for camping, hiking, and everyday carry knives.
The large stone comes from the Ariège region of the French Pyrenees. Made from fine-grained schistose sandstone, it provides a larger sharpening surface and is particularly well suited to regular workshop and kitchen use.
