Jute Fillis Twine

Fact of the day: Fillis is another name for natural coloured jute twine. My grandma was called Phyllis. My grandma was ace. Twine is ace. Coincidence?! I think not.

The coincidences end there I'm afraid as these twines are 110m long (the 3-ply version) and 200m long (the beefier 4-ply - which is now supplied in a ball, not a spool like that pictured) - my grandma was only around 1.5m long.

This Fillis has many uses; from in the garden, kitchen, craft room or classroom its usefulness is endless!
